How do I purchase Queen B tea?

What if my shipping address that I provided is incorrect?
If we have already shipped the item, and you provided us with the incorrect shipping address we cannot give you a refund, nor ship the product to a different address. To avoid this, please ensure to check that the shipping address attached to your PayPal account is correct, and still valid, before purchase.
What if I do not have a PayPal account?
When proceeding through checkout, customers have the option to checkout without a PayPal account, and to instead pay with a credit or debit card. After clicking on the 'checkout' button you will proceed to a screen that gives you two options, 'pay with my PayPal account' or 'pay with a credit or debit card'. Here you can choose to checkout without PayPal and rather proceed with a regular credit or debit card. Please see the screenshot below as an indication of what this screen looks like.
What if I do not have a credit or debit card?
PayPal is Queen B's preferred method of payment as it is a safer, faster, more secure way for our customers to pay online – your financial details are never shared. PayPal remember everything for you, safeguarding your bank, credit or debit card details.
Queen B highly recommends all our customers get PayPal to purchase our products. However, if you are still not convinced, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a direct bank deposit (please reference the subject as 'direct bank deposit' and include your shipping address and product purchase option).
Can I cancel or return my order?
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order and give you a refund, likewise, as our product is a food you cannot return your order to gain a refund.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in USD.
Can I consume several of Queen B's products at the one time?
Yes- you can consume any of our products at one given time.
Can I continue my day-to-day eating and exercising activities during the consumption of any products?
You can continue your day-to-day activity as per normal throughout the consumption of any of our products. You do not need to change your habits for our products to work their magic. However, for maximum results, Queen B recommends that our customers drink 2-3 litres of water evenly throughout each day, eats clean healthy foods for every meal, and exercises regularly (once a day).
Are there any side effects of any of the products?
All our products are natural and should not produce any side effects. Exempt from this is the B-TOX TEA which results in a normal laxative effect which consists of light stomach movement and more frequent bathroom visits (usually just once or twice the morning after drinking the tea the night before).
However excessive abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhoea, or vomiting are not normal symptoms of any product. If these symptoms are present, cease use of the product and consult your healthcare practitioner.
Is there anyone who cannot take any of the products?
Pregnant or breast-feeding women, or anyone currently on medication, should seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking our products. In addition, use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
How often can I use the products?
You can use any of our products continuously at your leisure. This exempts our B-TOX TEA which should not be taken more than once a month- this will ensure that your body is continuously cleansed of any unwanted toxins that have entered that month, but is not reliant on the product.
Will I put the weight I lost throughout any of the weight management products straight back on?
You will not put the weight straight back on post any of our weight management products. We recommend to use the products as often suggested (as above) for best results.
